of what Ronda collects for you.
Everything, from day one.
No tiers, no seats, no features held back for a bigger plan.
Two fees. Only one is ours.
About 1.5% on an ArCa card, 2% on an Armenian Visa or Mastercard, 3% on a card issued abroad. Paid to your bank, which settles straight into your account. Ronda doesn't mark it up or touch it. What each bank publishes →
Your bank pays you directly, so Ronda can't take its share on the way past. Instead the fee adds up as you get paid, and once a month it's charged to the card you saved at setup — by the same engine you use. You can see the running total in Billing any time. Under ֏ 1 000 rolls into next month.
Questions.
Idram and Telcell, VAT tax documents, credit notes, usage-based billing, plans that end after a set number of payments, and official client libraries. Prices in USD and EUR work; whether a card issued abroad is approved hasn't been measured with real cards yet, so we don't promise it.
Do I need a foreign company?
No. Ronda works with your Armenian company or Individual Entrepreneur (ԱՁ) and your own bank's vPOS account.
Who holds the card details?
Your bank. The card is typed on the bank's page; Ronda stores only its token, brand and last four digits.
What happens if a renewal fails?
Ronda retries on your schedule — by default the next day, then three and five days after that — emails the customer a link to update their card, and shows you every attempt with the bank's reason.
Can I leave?
Yes. The saved cards are tokens at your bank, in your account — not held by Ronda. Export your data and stop paying; nothing is held hostage.
Is there a free tier?
Test mode is free and unlimited. You pay 1.5% only on real payments Ronda collects.
Is the price negotiable?
For large volume, yes — write to ciao@ronda.am.
